Now, here are things to consider when buying a coat.
Check the quality of the coat. Tug at the buttons, they must not come off easily. If they do, that might be a reflection of the lifespan of the coat. Make sure the coat fits at the arms. The sleeve length is entirely up to you - just make sure it does not look like it shrunk in the wash.
Fabric and color. Are you a black, brown girl, or a camel girl. Winter white is great if you don't care about dry cleaning bills.
Consider a lightweight wool if you are leaning towards that area.
